BaKare Beds become BHTA member

BaKare Beds Ltd have been approved to join the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) and will become members from the 1st April 2010. Implementing BHTA’s OFT approved (Office of Fair Trading) code of practice demonstrates a desire to run a business in the most ethical and professional way.

Although having enjoyed a reputation for high levels of customer service, a decision was made that BHTA membership would make it official.

The BHTA codes of conduct have been implemented by BaKare Beds for many years prior - BaKare’s reputation for high customer care was built upon practices such as encouraging a professional advisor (e.g. occupational therapist) to be present during demonstrations and refusing to use high-pressure selling techniques.
